Development Incentives

The Town of Gull Lake will grant an exemption from tax assessments for all new construction single family, duplex or multi-family, including RTM dwellings as follows:

Year 1 – 100% exemption
Year 2 – 50% exemption
Year 3 – 25% exemption
Year 4 – Normal Taxation Rates Apply
